Biography
Emily is a savanna ecologist interested in how plant physiological responses to drought, fire, and herbivory (or lack thereof) can drive changes in plant communities. Her work at Notre Dame is primarily focused on plant community responses to the exclusion of large mammalian herbivores in African savannas.
